Sara Tuite-I am fully committed to continuously improving the culture here at HII. I am always thinking of ways to help engage people and make people excited to come to work and do their best when they are here, and that starts with the culture, in my opinion. So being nominated for the Membership Chair would be a good fit in brainstorming ways to increase the membership and improve culture around the whole yard.
Networking Chair

Avery Moore-I have served as Acting Director on 2nd shift, participating in twice‑weekly meetings with craft directors and ship management leadership. I oversee the Fire Marshal organization and maintain consistent communication with all levels of management as well as deck‑plate personnel. I am currently serving as Network Chair and have been recognized with multiple awards for enhancing communication and information distribution across the shipyard. I am committed to bringing these strong networking, leadership, and organizational capabilities to this position.Marquitta Buxton-I would be an asset to the Networking Chair and Service Chair roles because I am passionate about building strong relationships, creating meaningful community connections, and serving others with excellence. My leadership experience, communication skills, and dedication to teamwork would allow me to positively support the organization's mission while helping foster engagement, collaboration and impactful initiatives.

My leadership experience, ability to connect with people across all levels and passion for building morale make me someone who can help create meaningful events and positive engagement opportunities. I am committed to strengthening relationships, encouraging teamwork and ensuring the craft employees feel valued, represented and heard.Angel Martinez Carrillo-I would be a strong fit for the Culture Connector Advisory Council Chair role because I lead with empathy, bring people together across different perspectives, and create spaces where every voice feels valued and heard. I would like to share this knowledge and experience with likeminded, engaged employees to return what has been modeled for me. I want to mentor talent, uphold our standards of quality, and support the Culture Connectors Advisory Chairs in driving the long-term vision forward.
